Coming home is remembering the quiet place inside where we truly belong.

Heart-based meditation, sound healing and mindful movement for professionals, organisations and communities in Sydney — led by Gabbie, President of Sheng Zhen Australia.

There are many ways of coming home — by ferry, bus, train, car, or simply by walking.

But the deeper question is: what are we coming home to?

Imagine arriving at a home that is peaceful, warm and cared for. There is nourishing food, a sense of beauty and calm, and the presence of those you love. Your whole being softens. You want to stay. You can rest.

Now imagine returning to a place filled with chaos, loneliness or discomfort. There is nowhere to settle, nowhere to truly exhale. Naturally, you begin to look elsewhere for comfort, connection and happiness.

Our inner world is the same.

The mind also needs a home.

When our inner space is restless, cluttered or disconnected, the mind keeps wandering outward — searching for something to make us feel complete. We look for happiness in experiences, possessions, achievements, people and distractions.

But when we gently cultivate our inner space through breath, awareness, movement and stillness, something begins to change.

The mind becomes quieter.

The heart begins to open.

The body remembers how to soften.

Little by little, we create a place within ourselves that feels safe, spacious and alive.

A place where we can simply be.

This is the journey of coming home — not to a physical place, but to our own presence.

And when we learn to rest within ourselves, we begin to discover that the peace, love and wholeness we have been searching for were never truly somewhere else.

They were already here.

Coming home is remembering who we are beneath all the noise.

A room full of people. A moment of stillness.

What we offer

Practices that meet you exactly where you are.

The experience

What actually happens in a session

01

You arrive.That's enough.

No experience, no perfect posture, no right way to feel.

02

Movement becomes medicine.

Slow Qi movements release the tension your body has stored.

03

Sound does what words cannot.

Crystal bowls, ocean waves, handpan and tuning fork frequencies wash through the nervous system.

04

You leave lighter.

Like a child again — with gentle smiles and reconnection with your true self.

What people say

Heard from those who came.

“I had no idea what to expect. Part of me was even reluctant to come because I'm so busy, but I thought — I'm going to make time for myself. And it was just an incredible experience. Beautiful connection, beautiful food, the sauna, and Tai Chi in a beautiful garden. 10 out of 10. If I could give it 11, I would.”

— Sima

“Beautiful food, sauna, understanding each other's background, coming out and having a little bit of dance. As women, we carry so much responsibility — so we need some time to relax and be on our own. The whole program designed by Gabbie was amazing. And the food was so yummy — all plant-based, healthy protein. Looking forward to even more later on.”

— Thi

“Self love starts from us — and when we have abundance, we can give more on a long-term basis. Being here, sharing stories with other women and learning from each other is amazing. We definitely want to come back because it's such a worthwhile day.”
